I thought Maisie (and her hair) deserved a post all to herself. Given our weekend in the yard, I couldn't help but post this shot of our happy little dirt-eating, curly haired, beauty.

may 2013: in response to an observation that she has very pretty blue eyes...
M: "My Daddy did them for me."
april 2013: in a soft whiney voice indicating that she took offense
M: "Elliot called me Overham Lincoln."
E: (shouting from the background) "No I didn't! Abraham!"
january 2013: still working on her grammar, tenses & syntax
M: "Mine having a nose running."

E: "This dinner looks really good, I know I'll like it. Thank you for making it Daddy. (I was saying my pleases and thank yous.)"

E: "No, he lives in a light house."

M: "purtle" (spelled phonetically)

august 2012: when elliot is really upset at you

E: (eventually was moved into our room)

Clearly he doesn't remember the real "there is so much blood!" (see june 2009)
